An exciting opportunity has now arisen to join the team in the role of Hospitality Manager at Kinross House Estate.
This role is responsible for ensuring that the House and Coach House are presented and operated in a manner that befits the Kinross House guest experience. In particular, the role will be responsible for ensuring that events are planned, managed and operated to the highest standards in keeping with the exclusive and historic nature of the Estate.
The successful applicant will be competent in all aspects of venue management, with experience in Food & Beverage/Retail/Housekeeping/Maintenance and Health and Safety. The role also provides operational assistance in the Spa. The successful candidate will need to have a keen eye for detail, to be an effective communicator and motivator and have an ability to work consistently to the highest standards. It goes without saying that the role requires second-to-none organisational and time-management skills.
This is a hands-on management role. The position requires flexible working hours, with breakfast shifts, evening shifts and weekend work required subject to the demands of business. If there are no events taking place, hours are generally from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
