At Kinross House Estate our events cater for a wide range of high-net-worth individuals from all over the world, staying with us for a mixture of vacations, parties, weddings and corporate meetings.

Together with the senior management and the wider Estate team, this position is responsible for ensuring that the buildings and equipment are in working order at all times, being safely maintained and serviced as required across the Estate. 

It is a key role within an already established team. The role must be carried out with a positive attitude that contributes to a convivial working environment for all staff, with a constructive and proactive mindset.

As this is a hands-on role, the core hours will begin at 7.30am, Monday to Friday.  However, the position requires flexibility, and you will be required to work some evenings and weekends during events.

We are looking for a full time Maintenance & Facilities Manager covering the whole Estate, to be responsible for identifying, implementing and actioning ongoing repairs, maintenance and checks in line with the Estate’s operating procedures and manuals.

Key requirements for the role:

· Being a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.

. Happy to work on by oneself at times and use own initiative.

· Ability to recognise, report and solve issues.

. A keen eye for detail is essential. Ability to see a job and task through to completion as needed.

· Ability to multi-task and be happy to take on extra tasks with the rest of the Estate team (if and when required).

· Enthusiasm, dependability, and trustworthiness, along with an extremely organised and self-motivated mindset
