NEW YOGA AND PILATES CLASSES STARTING THIS AUGUST!
We are delighted to announce our new weekly yoga and pilates classes, perfect whether you're a newbie or experienced attendee!
You may looking to kick-start a healthy lifestyle, take some time out to de-stress & restore your energy, or just spend some time in nature away from the hustle & bustle of life.
The classes will be held in our Coach House Hall, a lovely relaxed area looking out to our gardens and pretty Courtyard which is perfect to enjoy such classes.
Weekly Class Timetable – starts week commencing Monday 27th August
Tuesday at 9.30-11.00am PILATES
Thursday at 1.00-2.30pm YOGA
Friday at 11.30-1.00pm YOGA
All our classes will be taken by Carmelina Griffin. Carmelina began her teaching career as a yoga instructor, training in 2000 in Wales with the Life Foundation in Dru Yoga and then with the Anahata School of Yoga in 2004, becoming a teacher of Hatha Yoga in 2006. In 2010, she also trained in Vinyasa Yoga on Holy Island and now runs yoga classes across Scotland, but is based in Kinross which is very fortunate for us!
In 2007, Carmelina trained in London with Stott Pilates. After attending a class at Mind and Body in Kirkcaldy and discovering the benefits of Pilates, she took the opportunity to train and then teach classes.
She also specialises in teaching stress release techniques with the practice of breath, relaxation and meditation in classes, small groups and one-to-one.
£10 for 90 minute yoga or pilates session, payable in advance for 6 week block (ie. £60 per block)
