Depending on the time of year we are able to provide a number of different shooting experiences . Hone your skills in the off-season shooting clay pigeons and laser clays and experience the beauty of Loch Leven at dawn and dusk while wildfowling during the winter months.
Loch Leven Scotland's largest lowland freshwater loch, and a designated National Nature Reserve, is practically onsite - the perfect spot for some trout fly fishing.
Alternatively, we also work with a number of professionals to arrange bank salmon fishing on the River Tay, complete with river hut and picnic for the luxury Scottish fishing experience.
Find Out MoreWe have some lovely walks around the Estate and gardens. Just beyond the garden walls, we have Loch Leven Heritage Trail which is a 21km trail surrounding the loch, perfect for walking or cycling, suitable for everyone including wheelchair users.
It provides stunning views of the loch and its islands, over towards the rolling hills in the background.
Hire a fabulous classic car for the day and tour around in style. Head off on the open country roads and enjoy outstanding scenery along the drive. We can plan route itineraries to make sure you see the best of Scotland including a pit stop for some fabulous pub food en-route.
The famous Knockhill Racing Circuit is also just a short trip away. Home to a host of motorsport events, the circuit offer hands-on experiences for you to try too.
Soaring through the sky in a hot air balloon flight is an amazing experience, something everyone should get the chance to do at least once in their lifetime. Fly high above Kinross House and see the Estate in full, with views out to the loch and surrounding hills.
We work with a local company to arrange take-offs from either onsite or in the local vicinity, subject to weather conditions.
The Scottish Gliding Centre is located directly opposite Kinross House at the other end of Loch Leven. Their experienced gliding instructors are ready to take you on exhilarating flights across the hills and lochs of Perthshire, Fife and beyond. Suitable for both experienced pilots and absolute beginners, this is an experience for everyone.
