  1. Please be advised the Coach House Spa reserves the right to refuse treatment to any persons presenting with illness on arrival. This policy is in place for the protection of clients and our staff. 
  2. For insurance, liability and safety purposes no one under the age of 16 years will be permitted in any areas of the Coach House Spa.
  3. To reserve time in the Coach House Facilities and/or book treatments, booking in advance is required by contacting The Coach House Spa reception via email coachhousespa@kinrosshouse.com or telephone 01577 867855.
  4. The Coach House Spa encourages you to arrive at your allocated arrival time which can be found on your confirmation email. In consideration of other guests, clients arriving early may have to wait until their time slot commences. Late arrivals will result in your use of the facilities and/or treatment time being conducted within the remaining appointment time.
