We are looking for a friendly, reliable and professional Night Porter to join the team at Kinross House Estate on a casual basis.

This important overnight role helps ensure the comfort, safety and wellbeing of our guests staying at Kinross House and the Coach House. Working independently throughout the night, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, carrying out security and fire safety checks, preparing for the following day's operations and helping maintain the high standards for which the Estate is known.

The successful candidate will be personable, vigilant and self-motivated, with the confidence to work independently and remain calm under pressure. A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests in a warm, professional manner
• Ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff and buildings overnight
• Carrying out routine fire safety and security checks
• Preparing breakfast service and supporting operational handovers
• Undertaking cleaning duties in public areas and guest spaces
• Assisting with minor maintenance tasks and reporting any issues
• Maintaining accurate records and following Estate procedures at all times

Working Hours
