Reward Redemption: On your 5th visit, you are entitled to redeem your loyalty card for a complimentary express facial or back, neck, and shoulder massage, along with 45 minutes of facility usage.
Booking Requirement: To redeem your complimentary treatment and facility usage, prior booking is mandatory. Please contact Coach House Spa reception to schedule your appointment.
Treatment Selection: The complimentary treatment options are limited to an express facial or a back, neck, and shoulder massage. No substitutions or exchanges are permitted.
Facility Usage: The 45-minute facility usage includes access to designated spa facilities at Coach House Spa. Please adhere to the spa's guidelines and regulations during your facility usage.
Validity Period: The loyalty card remains valid until all five stamps are collected and redeemed for the complimentary treatment and facility usage.
Non-transferable: The loyalty card and its benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Lost or Stolen Cards: Coach House Spa is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged loyalty cards. It is the cardholder's responsibility to keep their card secure.
Modification of Terms: Coach House Spa reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty card scheme or its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the loyalty card scheme, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
