Kinross House Estate sits on the west shores of Loch Leven. The Estate itself offers woodland walkways, spectacular landscaped gardens, and manicured lawns, plus our very own Loch Leven Castle Island. Loch Leven is Scotland’s largest lowland freshwater loch with excellent trout fishing and is a designated National Nature Reserve.

Set within the beautiful grounds of the Estate, these charming 17th century stables pre-date Kinross House itself. After an extensive refurbishment the Coach House now provides additional accommodation and includes a baronial dining hall, striking tartan bar and a picturesque courtyard and garden.
